Vitality Botox Treatments and Facial Rejuvenation Clinic

Botox is one of the most commonly used anti-aging product in the world today. It’s used to combat skin fine lines and wrinkles on face, plump-up lips, and more. It has also been used in the treatment of migraines, hyperhidrosis, and other health conditions. Generally speaking, Botox injection to human body is a very safe treatment, that is why it has been widely used by various professionals including doctors, nurses and specialists. Its possible unexpected effects are all temporary and will resolve on its own in about three months. However, the injectors equipped with good knowledge of muscle anatomy can avoid or minimise the unexpected effects. Here Botox treatments at Vitality Healthcare Medical Centre are based on well understanding of facial muscle anatomy and the physical force vectors relationship between the muscles. The treatments are individualised by analysing muscle anatomy and physical force vectors. We are aiming to achieve excellent results for Botox rejuvenation. Botox Treatment and Facial Rejuvenation is performed by Dr Wei Hong Liu & Dr David Hsieh. Please request for Botox consultation when booking appointment.

Change of Billing Policy:

Effective
1 December 2024, a $35 out-of-pocket fee incurs to all private GP consultations due to the SA Government applying payroll tax on private GP billings from July 2024.
Please be noted that a $5 incl. GST Administration Fee will be added to your invoice as part of your out-of-pocket fee.
We continue to bulk-bill kids under 16y/o (Medicare card holders) and concession card holders for Weekdays appointments. Gap fee applies on all Saturday appointments.

Why is the administration fee being applied?
SA Government & Revenue SA have decided to impose payroll tax liability to independent GP private billings. However this payroll tax falls on the practice, not the practitioner. As a result of this imposition, our practice has been forced to revise the billing policy to cover the additional operating cost.

We encourage all patients to sign the petition raised by RACGP to object the payroll tax so that we can continue to deliver an affordable service to patients.
